IOCL-VIVEKANANDA KENDRA HOSPITAL is a public private participatory project at IOCL Township, Paradip under MOU between INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LIMITED, REFINERY TOWNSHIP PARADIP, ODISHA & VIVEKANANDA KENDRA KANYAKUMARI for ensuring quality health services through the 10 bedded hospitals to the employees of IOCL. The company’s Corporate Social Responsibility foundation is strengthened by Vivekananda Kendra’s sound management experience in carrying out medical & allied activities through the full fledged hospital. Services presently available in the hospital are O&G, Anesthetist, Medicine, ENT, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Ortho Specialist, Dental, Physiotherapy, 24 hours Pharmacy, both BLS & ALS Ambulance services, First Aid Centre, Occupational Health Centre, Ultra Sound, Path Lab having Dry Chemistry Auto Analyzer, Cell counter & Electrolyte Analyzer; TMT, Audiometric, Spirometry, and Digital X-Ray. The hospital’s bed strength will be increased to 22 in a phased manner.

Salary structure

• GDMOs who are aged less than 60 will be placed in the IOCLVK scale as follows

Fresh MBBS	S-0	Rs.9000-225-10000-250-11000-300-12200
MBBS with +2Yrs Experience	S-1	Rs.10000-250-11000-300-12200-350-13600

• On successful completion of the probation period of 12 months the total CTC of GDMO at the minimum basic of the scale will be as follows approximately :-

Scale	CTC
S-0	7 Lacs per Annum
S-1	7.85 Lacs per Annum

Doctors will be provided accommodation in the township as per IOCL norms.

In addition to the normal annual increment there is provision of performance incentive which can be up to 12% of the total CTC for staff below 60 years.

• During probation period consolidated payment will be as follows per month:-

GDMOs	Rs. 50,000.00.
The GDMOs above the age of 60 will be	engaged on contractual basis renewed every year on agreed fixed remuneration.
